   Fireclay Bricks

Highlights

  • Super-duty fireclay, high-duty fireclay and medium-duty fireclay bricks with almina contents ranging from approximately 28% to 43%

Applications

  • General uses in heat containment units.

  • Applicable for clinker coolers, cyclone preheaters and calcining zone of cement rotary kilns, combustion chamber of boilers, incinerators and safety lining of ladles.

  • Blast furnace stoves, forging furnaces, acid storage tank,etc.

 

 

   Castables

    Highlights

  • Reduce installation cost and provide outstanding performance as good as refractory bricks.
  • Ease of installation and economical in cost.
  • Casted and vibrated almost by the same style as ordinary concrete.
  • Provide the better conditions with fewer joints in where refractory bricks are incapable.

 

Applications

  • Castable is an alternative to fireclay bricks for applications such as sidewalls arc furnaces roofs, boilers, heat exchangers, bubbling lances, glass furnaces, reheating furnaces and blast furnaces in conditions requiring extra strength.
  • Application for cyclone preheaters of cement kilns, burner pipes, nose rings, clinker coolers of cement process, stacks, subbottoms of various types of furnaces, etc.

   Motars

Highlights

  • For bonding the individual refractory bricks and protecting the joints from corrosive slag and other fluxes.
  • Available for uses in acid conditions and suitable for bonding between insulation bricks.
  • High bonding trength with low shrinkage.
  • Provides resistance to air infiltration and outward flow of gases.
  • Available for both heat setting mortars and air mortars.

Applications

  • Used for laying all type of refractory bricks or as a neutral layer between bricks of any types and in applications of chemical resistance.

 

   Insulation Bricks

    Highlights

  • Designed for low heat losses application.
  • Providing good energy conservation.
  • Very light-reight characteristic.
  • Low thermal conductivity and excellent heat resistance.
  • Maintain good dimenesional stability at elevated temperature.

Applications

  • Back-up linings for fireclay and high alumina bricks in boilers, ceramic roller and shuttle kilns ,reheating furnaces, periodic kilns, high efficiency incinerators, etc.
  • Working surface for general heat containment unit ranging from 1,300-1,800 oC

 

 

   Basic Bricks

Highlights

  • High resistance to corrosive reaction of chemical substances, basic slag, soild or liquid oxides, dusts and fumes.
  • High-fired brick providing high hot strength as well as good thermal spalling and abrasion and liquid metal penetration resistance.
  • Good volume stability.
  • Magnesia bricks, Magnesia-Chrome bricks, Magnesia-Spinel bricks and Magnesia-Carbon bricks are available.

Applications

  • For lower & upper transition zone and burning zone of rotary cement kilns and lime kilns.
  • Applicable for ladle furnace in iron and steel industry.
  • Applicable for non-ferrous industyr such as lead, tin, wet glass furnaces, etc.

 

   High Alumina Bricks

    Highlights

  • Alumina contents ranging from 50% to 90%
  • Excellent corrosion resistance to neutral slag and liquid metal pentration at high temperature.
  • Withstand verious attacks from volatile matters e.g. ash from coal, lignite, fuel oil, etc.
  • High density, high mechanical strength and good resistance to thermal spalling, good volume stability at high temperature.

Applications

  • General use in heat containment unit from temperature 1,500-1,900 o C
  • Resistant to high temperature for steelmaking operations such as ladle applications, sidewall, roofs, burner blocks, anchor brick for reheating furnaces and many other areas.
  • Transition and cooling zones of rotary cement kilns, lime kilns,etc.
  • Lower sidewall and bottom of alumina refining, melting furnaces, etc.

 

   Gunning Mixes

Highlights

  • A mix of high quality refractory grains with special binders .
  • Good abrasion resistance and high thermal conductivity .

Applications

  • Generally applied with gunning machines to save time and installation costs .
  • Used for maintenance of many industrial furnace linings, where repairs need to be made with little or no downtime.
  • General hot repairing for open-hearth furnaces, electric arc furnaces,torpedo ladles or transfer cars, etc.
  • Used for difficult service conditions such as incinerators, heating chambers, fluidized-bed catalytics, cracking process transfer lines, etc.

 

   Ramming Mixes

    Highlights

  • Excellent resistance to basic dlag and to thermal spalling at high temperatures.
  • Suitable for forminf dense monolithic lining at hearth in electric arc furances.
  • High refractoriness, excellent volume stability and good resistance to various fluxes found in iron and steel furnaces.

Applications

  • Applied for working lining for hearths of electric arc furnaces where high iron oxide slags (basic to neutral) are especially corrosive.

 

   Patching Matelials

    Highlights

  • Good corrosion resistance to basic slag and liquid metal penetration at service temperature.

Applications

  • Excellent for working lining of tundish in steel industry.
